30/30 is designed to give you the best of both worlds! This class begins with a 30 minute endurance ride with drills, climbs and sprints and then transitions into 30 minutes of Core Conditioning. The quick transitions and carefully thoughtout muscle-toning exercises will target each muscle group effectively and in a short amount of time.
