Maintaining a healthy weight is a lifestyle, not a diet. If you’ve struggled to lose weight, exercised regularly without seeing the results you expect, or just want the support to make weight loss permanent, you’ll benefit from the WellBeing Weight Management Program.

Basic Membership
Membership to the Center for Health & Fitness is included in your WellBeing program.

Nutrition Consultation: You’ll meet with CHF’s registered dietitian and receive a complete nutrition assessment, including a detailed analysis of your medical history, diet and lifestyle habits. Together you’ll develop an action plan tailored to meet your individual wellness needs.

Fitness Assessment: One of our highly qualified personal trainers will discuss your exercise history and perform a fitness assessment.

Follow-Up Nutrition Consultations
You will meet again with CHF’s registered dietitian to perform a follow-up nutrition assessment, track your progress and make modifications to your plan where necessary. The program also includes a healthy grocery store tour and cooking demonstration.

Personal Training
You will have five (5) personal training sessions where your personal trainer will develop a customized exercise plan to help you achieve your goals.

Wellbeing Coaching
You will meet five (5) times with a WellBeing coach to review your diet/exercise journal and goals. These visits will focus on assessing your progress, answering questions and making any necessary adjustments to your plans.

The program includes four (4) yoga or mat Pilates classes and two (2) group exercise classes.
