During this one-hour appointment, one of our certified personal trainers will guide you through several assessments to determine your fitness level. Your profile will include:

  • Resting heart rate and blood pressure
  • Circumference measurements
  • Height and weight measurements
  • Upper and lower body strength and endurance
  • Aerobic endurance testing
  • Flexibility
  • Balance

The assessment provides us with valuable information that is helpful for working toward your fitness goals. Based on your profile, our personal trainers will provide you with a personalized exercise program that is safe and effective in meeting your goals
