Fitness Challenge: Take your Wall Sit Challenge to the next level this month! 

June is all about building lower-body strength, stability and endurance with the CHF Wall Sit Challenge. Start with a 20-second wall sit and add 10 seconds each day, working toward a 5-minute hold by the end of the month. Go at your own pace and listen to your body along the way.

Want to make it even more fun? Once a week, try the “Bring Sally Up” Challenge using the song “Flower” by Moby.

Here’s how it works:
When you hear “Bring Sally Down,” lower into your squat or wall sit position.
When you hear “Bring Sally Up,” stand back up.

The goal is to stay with the beat for the full song — about 3.5 minutes — without dropping out. Modify as needed, take breaks when you need them and make it your own.
