Silvers Members: March Swipe Challenge
If you’re enrolled in an insurance-based membership (often through Medicare Advantage, an employer plan, or an individual provider), you’re eligible to participate in our Swipe Challenge!
One important note: CHF is reimbursed only when you visit.
To help support our operations and keep programs strong, we ask Silvers members to use the facility at least 12x per month. Thanks for showing up for your health—and for helping CHF thrive! Pick up your workout tracker at the front desk.
Fitness Challenge: Bodyweight Bootcamp Challenge
No gym? No problem.
Bodyweight workouts can be just as effective as lifting—because you’re still building strength, endurance, mobility, and control using the best piece of equipment you own: your body.
· Perfect for travel (hotel room = gym)
· Easy at home (no equipment needed)
· Great for all levels (modify up or down)
· Builds real-life strength: push, pull, squat, hinge, carry… all in one workout
This month, we’re bringing the heat with our Bodyweight Bootcamp Challenge. Show up, move with purpose, and prove you don’t need heavy weights to get strong.
