Jamie is New York Certified as an Authentic Pilates Instructor and has been a member of the Pilates Guild since 2000. She is trained to teach more than 500 specific exercises on the Universal Reformer, Cadillac, Arc Barrel, Chair and Mat.

Jaime had the privilege to work and train with Romana Kryzanowska, who was personally trained and designated by Joseph Pilates to continue his life's work.
