Lisa began taking yoga classes in 1994 and soon discovered the stress-reducing benefits the exercise provides.  Her sessions at CHF reflect a blend of the traditional practices she’s schooled in, including cultivating awareness through breath-based movement, attention to alignment and creating a balance between effort and ease in poses.  Students can expect a revitalizing, stress-reducing and rejuvenating experience in Lisa’s classes, which include Yoga for Seniors, Therapeutic Yoga for Joint and Spinal Health and Restorative Yoga.
