Faye
Nagy

Faye has always enjoyed movement, from childhood sport games in the street to marathons as a young adult. Even after starting her corporate career, she’d sneak away at lunch for an hour of sweat before tackling the rest of the day.

But it wasn’t until after having children that she realized what an important role exercise played in her life. Upon returning to the gym after a long hiatus, she soon noticed that she felt happier, less anxious, more energetic, and more confident than she had in years. This is when it finally hit home what a critical role movement plays in not only her physical health, but in her mental and emotional health as well.

Faye is now passionate about helping others find their own intrinsic love for movement. She enjoys connecting with people and helping them uncover their motivations to drive towards achieving their goals.
