No matter what your fitness level, Stephanie, a CHF instructor for more than five years, will inspire you to reach your goals through a fun, yet challenging, class. She believes members should feel welcome in any of the sessions offered and know modifications can be made to accommodate their fitness levels.  

In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, running, yoga and traveling.
